This have been a hard year for everyone especially for us . We have lost our jobs and with a baby coming in December financially we are rather tight . Our story is we moved agencies about a two years ago as we were not getting the service we wanted and after further research we have decided to go with this agency . Long story short we had tenants moving out this month and I was worried that we could not find someone quickly being also close to Christmas I was assuming that I was going to pay empty rental which we could not afford .
