He responded to our queries quickly and handled our application efficiently. We feel extremely fortunate to have gone through this leasing experience with Ben.

I wish my partner and myself could say great things about our experience renting through this agency but unfortunately that is not quite the case. Things initially seemed very promising except for a few issues including a heavily mouldy air conditioner and the matter of obtaining 2 sets of keys for both of us. We were informed that these issues would be resolved quickly within about a week's time, and we trusted the word of the agency to handle these so we can live comfortably. However, we have still not received our second set of keys despite following up. This is a pain to say the least for both of us to coordinate getting access to the apartment as we work different hours. In regards to the A/C issue, it took an entire month of badgering from us before we got a professional deep clean of the A/C unit which should have been clean to begin with frankly. I have had many respiratory issues in the past so to have experienced the discomfort of breathing dirty air filled with toxins for this long was concerning and upsetting. Thirdly, upon inspection my partner was told that one of the great perks about having the end unit is that we can section off a private porch area for ourselves from the rest of the "public porch area" directly outside our back door by using planter boxes etc. We were excited to be able to gain some privacy. A few days after getting settled in, we proceeded the process of sectioning off what was supposed to be our porch area to then be confronted by the building manager stating that we were not allowed to have our own porch area and that it states this in the property by-laws. Which we never received and were never informed by the agency we needed to be concerned with. We had already purchased some items to begin this process and were surprised by the blatant deception of the agency in regards to this matter which involves our living space and arrangements. Overall disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care thus far.

Appointed Veronica senior rental manager for my unit at 1 . 63 Queen street Melrose Place and far superior to the prior unit manager at Melrose Place . Veronica is easy to talk to and offers great advice . Veronica suggested a letting price and she had the unit rented in a few days at her recommended price . In my 63 years as a unit owner in two States she is one of the best I have found and I could highly recommend her to any owner .
