It's very clear that Ben has a huge amount of experience in identifying genuine buyers from tyre kickers.he is very experienced with lenders and valuers to put the deals together that don't fall over I previously had my unit for sale with another agent who promised the world but could never get any deals across the line as she did not understand banking and valuation side of things. We’ve been looking for our home for a while now, we’ve met countless agents. We’ve seen the whole show, games, BS and the follow ups.
