It's very clear that Ben has a huge amount of experience in identifying genuine buyers from tyre kickers.he is very experienced with lenders and valuers to put the deals together that don't fall over I previously had my unit for sale with another agent who promised the world but could never get any deals across the line as she did not understand banking and valuation side of things. Ben has been a breath of fresh air his communication was excellent and always one step ahead in managing the outcome Ben always phoned after every open home and inspection with a full debrief of what's happening. We’ve been looking for our home for a while now, we’ve met countless agents. We’ve seen the whole show, games, BS and the follow ups. It’s left me to a point where I’ve become very distrusting of agents where I wouldn’t go to an open home if I knew the agent was an ass (no matter how good the home looked). But dealing with Ben was no fuss, no show ponies and he was straight up. He didn’t play games with any of the questions I had. And he didn’t stand in the way of the correspondence and questions we had with the owner. He was attentive and quick to respond. Just a genuine pleasure for a buyer to be dealing with.

Alex is not a strategic seller. Once you sign up with him he will badger you to keep lowering your selling price. He does not communicate by phone enough preferring one line texts if your lucky and dies not respond to some voicemail messages even after an open inspection. He even broke my door lock and denied it. Find a proper agent that uses the Jenman selling system and get a proper sale price.
