He delivers!
Ben is a very respectful and knowledgeable agent. He knew the market and what I wanted. I got two offers with the first open house. The transaction was smooth and uncomplicated.

Almost too easy!
Super nice and knowledgeable right from the get-go. Not only a quick sale but above even what was estimated. The whole process was so smooth it was almost hard to believe!

Ben has been amazing we purchased our first home and third home from Ben and sold our second with Ben as well. Always ready to assist and take our calls even on a Sunday afternoon. Ben thank you for your honesty integrity and been not just an agent but a person we consider a friend.

Old fashioned service
Ben's daily commitment and his professional outlook in assisting both the seller and buyer achieve what they want is hard to do at the best of times. He has certainly been a pleasure to deal with and stands out from others that work within the industry. If you are thinking of buying or selling, give Ben a call and discuss your needs and wants with him if you want quality service with a smile! Thanks Ben

Alex, thank you once again.
Yes, Alex is amazing. He is a man out of his place when he certainly loves his work. I can compare it to other Realtors, and Alex is the absolute number one. He always keeps his word, on time and responds immediately to any SMS or email. He helps, it is possible. However, I cannot write these positive words about anyone else. Alex thank you once again. Professional and genuinely nice people
Ben and his team made our selling experience easy. Market knowledge led to a quick sale in the suggested price bracket, and nothing was too much trouble for Ben or anyone else at LJ Hooker Southport when it came to our questions and requirements. Happy to recommend this hard-working team.
