We engaged Ben to sell a property by auction and were impressed with the service from start to finish. Ben explained the process clearly, including all relevant costs, and provided us with regular ongoing updates throughout the marketing process. Can highly recommend.

We bumped into Alex on a few properties on our hunt for a new home and on all occasions, he was pleasant, knowledgable about the property and surrounding areas and most notably when it came to putting in an offer; a great communicator in the options to get the desired outcome. Very happy that Alex was the selling agent on this one. Would highly recommend it.

Alex & Ben and the rest of the team at LJ Hooker Southport were professional from the start and did a great job with the sale of our house which sold after the first weekend of viewings for a price we were very happy with. Their knowledge of the market, marketing advice and communication about the process were excellent from start to finish.

Alex and his team were outstanding in helping us get our property sold fast. From the initial consultation, Alex guided us on key focuses to get the property ready to go on the market and advised us on the current market value estimate. The team were so professional getting the marketing photos and floor plan complete and were online the next day. The house sold first weekend after two open homes. We received great communication about these open homes and were well informed about the potential buyers coming through with feedback. Alex and his team handled all the contracts and communications with the multiple offers and eventual buyers. The process was made easy for us and we are very happy with the sale price and contract settlement date which Alex negotiated on our behalf to suit our needs. I would highly recommend Alex and the LJ Hooker team. Alex was open and honest with all our questions about our property, buying advice for our new home, and helpful tips on looking for an investment property in the future. We will definitely utilise their services again.
