This is the second time Marie has been engaged to sell a property for us. The first was our Ocean Reef house some 15 years ago and now Liz's Mum Grace's house, again in Ocean Reef. We sought out Marie to sell Graces house simply because of the great job she did selling ours. Again she was successful as we expected. Graces house was sold in very quick time which was greatly appreciated given her situation of moving to a care facility. Marie is in our view the ultimate professional in her game. She always presents immaculately, is polite friendly and cheerful, and above all is confident and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for her to take on board and her always positive outlook is compelling. We had no doubt Marie would get the result we wanted and she did while excededing our expectations.

Samantha Payne and her team at L J Hooker Subiaco were amazing.  Due to the fact I was overseas when pre-settlement inspection occurred on the sale of my investment property that I had owned for 8 years,  there were a number of significant problems that came to light at this time.  Without Sam’s intervention, settlement date would have otherwise been delayed for possibly 3 weeks when I returned.  The property was sold very quickly with only two home opens with the purchasers having pre-finance approval, it was a dream “sale”.  However, major problems came to light when the purchasers went through the property the day before settlement.  Without Sam’s intervention and help, the settlement would have been “doomed”.  Sam organised a new oven and cook top be installed, personally purchasing the oven and cook top herself and delivering it to the property for the electrician to install.  Sam organised repairs and maintenance in regards to the air-conditioning system and plumbing repairs from her own trades team.  Sam also assisted the outgoing tenant with cleaning and vacating the premises on time.   I was very thankful for Sam’s assistance as it was near impossible for me to organise any of this from overseas.  I would highly recommend Sam and her team as they do go beyond the call of duty to ensure the “Deal is Done”.   Thanks Sam and everyone, I was able to enjoy my holiday knowing that you had everything under control, again, many thanks for everything that  you did.

From the moment we listed our property with Samantha until the moment that we settled, the process was a totally seamless and enjoyable experience. The service was impeccable and nothing was too much to deal with even down to her purchasing and replacing light globes at pre-settlement.
