He told us that he would sit open houses weekly until the house I sent sold and he did. We had multiple offers on the second showing. He explained us well regarding the offers and suggested us to choose the best offer and we did. His service was extraordinary.

From my first meeting with Saj i found him to be very professional, friendly and easy to communicate with. He wasted no time in coming to inspect the property and arranging a meeting to discuss possible sale price. His market knowledge was very good realistic selling achievable price. He was very efficient with all the paperwork and explained everything efficiently and was able to answer any questions i had. He always communicated well regarding any offers and during the sale process. Saj was always contactable by his mobile anytime when i required to speak to him. I would have no hesitation in using him again as my agent and also recommending him to anyone i know who requires an agent. LJ Hooker Thornlie is a very experienced Real Estate outfit with many years in the business with a lot of local area knowledge that is the reason i chose them.

We were looking for that special person to buy into our homes story. Crestwood needed a new agent to inject that enthusiasm and energy into selling it's image. We had tried 3 times previously with no success and Saj certainly fit the bill. I would like to professionally recommend him and wish him every endeavour for the future. Do give him a red hot go !

Saj has the patience of a saint. Through all the highs and lows he was such a steady hand and had such an appreciation for my property that i never doubted his word for a second. I cannot recommend him enough. I found Saj through another home open that i went through and he was so respectful and knowledgeable that i snapped him up as well as having him list my parents house. Thank you Saj!!
