A great experience with a good outcome.
Nathan's knowledge of the market and his advice on what was needed for the preparation of the property and the timing of when to put the property on the market enabled me to sell my property for what I feel was the maximum price. He is a pleasure to work with and I felt that he genuinely wanted to help me.

Comfortable, personal and seamless
Having this be our second time purchasing a home we have an experience to compare it to. Purchasing this property from Nathan was actually an experience we could enjoy and a real breath of fresh air! First home buyer experience
I was a first home buyer but Nathan explained everything in a way easy to understand from making the offer, to working with building, termite, home inspection and final settlement. He was professional and personal! He never made me uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! This made it really easy to move into my house in less than 2 months. Highly recommended.
