Dick has been great to deal with especially his knowledge of the local area. He has gone above and beyond in assisting me to find local trades etc to get my home ready to move into as I'm not from this area. From the initial inspection, and a subsequent inspection again on the same day, nothing has been too much trouble. He is always contactable on his mobile phone including out of hours and when unavailable has always called straight back. I would not hesitate to call on him again should I be in the market to sell or buy real estate in Young and surrounds.
