Eric was the lead agent for selling my home in Glen Waverley. He achieved a fabulous sale through an auction with multiple bidders. We appreciate his dedication and honesty while selling our property; his clear communication and patience throughout the process made it stress-free. I would recommend him to anyone for a positive and easy process.

Yin Yin is a very trustworthy agent whom you can be rest assured that she would do a good job. I had bad experiences with other agents who just want to push me through the processes. Yin Yin is very patient and very upfront in explaining to clear all my doubts and queries. She would keep me updated about each step and progress. I am very grateful that Yin Yin sold my property during the most difficult time in pandemic! She worked very hard to schedule, reschedule, all viewings with potential buyers. She went all out to do her best. Thanks so much Yin Yin! I would highly recommend Yin Yin to everyone who needs a competent agent!

Yin2 has been amazing throughout the marketing campaign in getting our sale over the line! She tends to listen to the owner's opinion, always available in taking our calls/emails and very prompt in organising last-minute inspections. Her resilience in getting the job done has certainly paid us off and we are really happy with her service. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and relative as it's extremely difficult to find good agents these days!

Yin Yin keeps us updated and answers questions regardless of hours. She also has a keen eye for details and tries her best to serve both buyer and vendor with aplomb. She also goes the extra mile to ensure everything is sorted out properly even after the sale of the house i.e. additional requests etc. Thanks for selling our house and appreciate it.

During our campaign he kept us up to date with regular reports, phone calls and text messages. We took on board all of Ricky suggestions when it came to the house preparations, campaign and marketing and as a result the sale exceeded our expectations. Thank you Ricky

Yin Yin is easy to work with as you can immediately feel her sincerity and you get a sense of being placed in the right hands. Some years ago while reading Yin Yin's posts on Facebook, it was my summation that she was a down to earth person and would be comfortable to work with. I messaged her that one day when I sell my house, I would let her know and I hadn't even met her yet then. So true to my word, I did, after getting to know her. Working with her, alleviates the stresses that come with selling or buying a house when you know you've dealing with someone forthright and experienced. She aims to get the best possible outcome for both vendor and purchaser. Many a times I've said to her "up to you" as she does give you that confidence. If she sees your phone messages, she would still communicate with you off hours. I would recommend Yin Yin to anyone who needs a trustworthy agent.

I viewed this house before the end of the second lockdown in Melbourne which meant that the time I spent looking at it was restricted. However, in the short time available Yin Yin was able to give me a comprehensive rundown of all the features of the house so that I knew exactly what I was buying. She was friendly and knowledgable, and I felt that I could trust her. I would have no hesitation in using her services again.
