If you want a professional, hardworking and experience real estate, Ricky Chen from LLC Real Estate Mount Waverley will do an excellent job for the vendor and provide superior customer service to both vendor and buyer. He provided us weekly detailed report to summarise each week’s open inspection and have work very hard everyday. Whenever we message Ricky, he will quickly reply our messages and no matter what time we message, he will message us back quickly. He even message us and reply our message after hours and at night time. After each open inspection, he will message us of each outcome. He always contact us on regular basis regarding the house and interested buyers. We have tried to sell our house with previous agent for two times and no successful sale and not many buyer came to the house for open inspection. When Ricky Chen took over our house for sale, there are a lot of buyers came to the open inspection and many repeated buyers came back again. On the auction day, there are a lot of bidder came to bid for the house and at the end we sold for good price in this current market.
