Yin Yin is easy to work with as you can immediately feel her sincerity and you get a sense of being placed in the right hands. Some years ago while reading Yin Yin's posts on Facebook, it was my summation that she was a down to earth person and would be comfortable to work with. I messaged her that one day when I sell my house, I would let her know and I hadn't even met her yet then. So true to my word, I did, after getting to know her. Working with her, alleviates the stresses that come with selling or buying a house when you know you've dealing with someone forthright and experienced. She aims to get the best possible outcome for both vendor and purchaser. Many a times I've said to her "up to you" as she does give you that confidence. Ricky was prompt and courteous throughout the process of selling my units. He offered unsolicited advice on how to get the best price. He knew other people / businesses that could stage the units and worked on my behalf to get a better price for the staging. He got me a very good price on day of the auction compared to other units of similar quality that were sold on that day. He was flexible during a trying time of covid restrictions in Victoria. Ricky maintained a positive / can do attitude and was very excellent.
