I have nothing but praise and thanks for Lois and her team - selling your home is a big deal in anyone’s language, but I couldn’t fault Lois’s approach to the sale process or negotiation. The best recommendation to locate an agent is to read the reviews and form your own opinion. With regard to my own property, I ask for a valuation from Lois Buckett Real Estate, the valuation was higher than I expected. The property advertising was specifically targeted and was sold with in a few weeks- for the valuation price. The sale was seamless, uncomplicated, and unconditional. You cannot do better than that - so why bother with any other agency.
