Honesty in Real Estate
I recently bought and sold property with Andrew and can highly recommend his services to anyone. His honesty in negotiating sensible outcomes on both sides of the buying process was highly valued. Top Dollar in Record Time
We were keen to get a quick sale, considering it was coming up to the end of the year. However, we wanted to make sure it wasn't a fire sale and got top dollar. Michael gave us honest feedback on how we could focus on doing a cosmetic makeover. We followed his advice and also used a number of tradespeople, including an incredible stylist, Michael recommended. This helped make the renovation and the re-styling of the home seamlessly transition into sale-mode. The house was sold for above expectations the day of the second open home. We were thrilled!

Review from a purchasers point of view
As a purchaser we were extremely pleased with the way Michael Roberts interacted with us during the sale. We are unable to determine his market knowledge because he was acting for the vendor. All we can say is that he was very pleasant and communicated with us in a professional manner.
