When we decided to sell our Cherrybrook home, we did a lot of a research about agents in the area. Louis Carr stood out to be the most popular and the highest selling agency in Cherrybrook at the time. So we set up a meeting. We could see his expertise and knowledge about the market and market conditions. We had met three other agents in the process and found that Greg and one other agent were more reserved in their appraisal than others. We found this to be a good quality as we had previously been disappointed in agents just agreeing with our expectations so that we'd enlist them. We decided to go with Greg because 1. he had a competitive fee structure and 2. we liked his overall personality and confidence. Greg was always in touch with us and helping us with his ideas on how to present the house. Circumstances were such that it was almost peak COVID by the time we listed our house for sale.
