We retained Louis Carr to sell our property after being recommended by two independent sources. We honestly can't fault the process. They advised us on what was needed to make the property presentable and then arranged all the trades to make it happen. No price gouging, very fair pricing and experienced tradespeople genuinely interested in giving us a good outcome. Worth every cent. We got a great price for the house, above our expectations.
