We had little to no knowledge of how to sell a house in the current climate, Greg came in and assisted us in deciding which parts of the house needed attention. He supplied us with names of professional tradespersons who could assist with all of our needs. The house sold in under two weeks with a great outcome. The area experience that Jessica and Greg have is very high and they are both extremely knowledgeable about the Cherrybrook and Dural area which I feel is a critical aspect and a huge difference between an average real estate experience and an excellent one.
