I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service I received from Eva and her team as I nervously listed my apartment for rent. However, I knew I was in good hands. My apartment was leased in less than a week. Eva quickly arranged for photos to be taken as soon as I gave the go ahead and the listing was available the following day. The OFI generated interest above my expectations and we found a suitable tenant right away. Eva completed the due diligence check and I knew my apartment would be in safe hands.
