Great service and communication

Exceed our expectation
As a landlord, we are highly satisfied with Ashley's services. She reminds us 3 months prior to rent agreement expiring, unlike other agents who even not notice rental agreement is expiring. And she offers us rent price that we thought will not be possible to achieve. But she is willing to have many open for inspections to get that price. We are extremely happy as at the end, as we finally get it with very short vacancy period. I know many agents are offering low price so they get things done easy for them. But definitely not Ashley.

Outstanding jobs of my property manager Charlotte
My property manager Charlotte is always doing excellent services for my property management. She never stopped keeping me posted on anything changed, or the important informations regarding to my property. That make me felt very comfortable and the most important is the “peace and safe” especially when I am not in person in Melbourne since the pandemic 2020. Recently, my previous tenant was unfortunately missed her payment for her rent. I felt very much worried because I was not able to handle that case in site. However, thanks god, Charlotte stranded up and actively helping me managed all cases, even including the tough negotiation with that tenant to secure my benefits and rights, helping me dealing with the police officers and insurance company, and finally at the same time, seeking the new rent opportunity for me! That was completely beyond my expectation and imagination for that case! I could not say more but appreciations from my deep heart to Charlotte. And to be honest, because of outstanding experiences with her jobs, I will trust LUCUS forever!
