When i put in my first offer he was honest when he said he didn't think the amount would be enough and he suggested i revisit the offer. I appreciate this honesty because i would have been really annoyed if my offer wasn't considered because of a few thousand dollars that the seller wanted.

Lynn held the open house inspection the first time i came to the apartment. She was very friendly, informative and helpful. When we had concerns about the lack of kitchen bench space, she was the one who suggested getting a kitchen island from ikea. We found this to be a very useful solution to our concerns.
