Excellent service and knowledge
Thomas has often been our go to agent in our search for a new property in the Docklands area. He always provides genuine, realistic and down to earth advice. His knowledge of the area and the buildings is impressive. This knowledge is very reassuring when you're looking to purchase a property, as he is able to answer the multitude of questions you have regarding your potential purchase. Not a “Lucas experience” we were looking for
Settled at 1.30pm but still didn’t get the key until 5pm due to cleaning - should have done that days or weeks ago not on the day of the settlement. Also, the contract clearly said the sales comes with a fridge and a dryer but they were all removed. We only knew this when we did the final inspection. Honestly we would maybe keep the dryer since we didn’t have one and sell or dispose the fridge anyway. However, a text message or an email would be more professional than just throwing them away without asking us. We could have delayed the settlement and requested the items to be put back but we were already stressed about the pandemic so we just want it to be done quick. Food for thought, check the contract and communicate with the vendor and the purchaser first before moving everything away. That’s basically stealing from us.

Professional and helpful
Serena is the consummate professional and was extremely helpful in our dealings . She was instrumental in the process, particularly during the COVID-19 Pandemic, where I thought achieving a realistic price would be a significant challenge given the current market conditions. I could not be happier with the standard of service we received from Serena who continuously kept us informed and updated every step of the way. Her response time and communication is first class. The procedure and efficiency is flawless, and we cannot fault any part of our experience.
