AMAZING AGENT
Thomas was attentive, knowledgeable and made the whole process seamless. Being my first property, I was a little nervous, but with Thomas' friendly personality I built a trusting relationship pretty quickly. Above and beyond
After only a couple of viewings Thomas knew exactly what I was after and tailored my time in the area to properties he knew I would like. I was impressed with this level of service and the communication throughout the whole buying process. Super helpful
I purchased my property in Melbourne from Sydney. Tom did an awesome job of helping me purchase the property considering there were a few hiccups along the way. Buying and Selling at Yarr'sw Edge
After nearly 2 years of looking a nearly every 3 bedroom apartment coming onto the market at Yarra's Edge we finally found 2301/80 Lorimer st. and felt it ticked all the boxes, however we were about to embark on a 4 week tour of SE Asia so thought we would just wait till we got back and if still available, make an offer. To Lucas'es great credit they did not try to contact us at all during our holiday, so on our return duly made our offer and after a little negotiation our offer was accepted. We advised Baden Lucas that we needed our 2 bedroom unit sold quickly as we didn't want to waste money on bridging finance .Baden had a singed contract to us within 24 hours at a price $20,000 over our reserve. Needless to say we were very happy with this outcome and Lucas Real Estate staff conducted themselves with great professionalism ands efficiency right throughtout.
