My wife and i were looking to downsize from the suburbs, whilst up-sizing our lifestyle. When we considered selling our apartment at Yarra's Edge, Docklands, we invited two agents to present proposals. Both were very impressive, and although their marketing plans differed widely, we tried to think how to separate them so that we could choose our selling agent. We decided to research all the recent sales in the last five years of apartments similar to ours. The results showed that all but one were sold by Lucas Real Estate. It probably doesn't hurt that Baden Lucas lives at Yarra's Edge, but his obvious thorough knowledge of that micro market helped us achieve a successful sale in 28 days. Today (27 Apr 16) settlement was made on my apartment sale at Docklands. I have been extremely happy with the sales team at Lucas Real Estate that have managed the entire process. I live in Thailand, and so I relied on the selling agent much more than usual to help prepare the apartment for sale and with many other issues that I was not able to attend to. Kate Jordan one of Badens assistants was amazing. It is quite rare to have this level of support from a Real Estate Agent.
