We wish to thank Mark Blake for his assistance in the recent sale of my property at Tyron Rd, Lindfield, NSW 2070. Apart from his expertise in guiding us on the road to prepare the property, marketing it, and pitching it at the correct sale price, the most important thing to note is that we have done this REMOTELY, as we are presently caught in USA due to the covid situation, and when we left Lindfield in Mar 2020 we have left the apartment with 2 bags each only, expecting to return at some time to deal with the rest. Apart from getting my friends to take away what they wanted, Mark and his team was able to clear everything for us and style the apartment ready for marketing. The fact that the sale was concluded within hours of first showing was also remarkable, but to be honest, without Mark's effort, there was no way we could sell our apartment remotely with all the stuff inside that had to be disposed of
