Fortunately, I was lucky enough to have Stephen’s experienced assistance during the sale and auction process of my Pymble home. His helpful advice. his guidance whenever I sought it, his willingness to listen to my needs and concerns, his helpful assistance during the pre-marketing period, with almost immediate responses to my texts as tradesmen were organised etc, and his attention to detail made the whole process much easier for me. His colleagues in the Pymble office also supported him as a team, and their collegiate approach was very heartening. The auctioneer was quite masterful! Stephen’s advice was crucial when various pre-auction offers were made, and the result of the auction was beyond my highest expectations. His after-sale help has also been a great benefit to me. Stephen is also personally a gentle giant, and sympathetic to his client’s needs. Don’t go past him if looking forward a very experienced real estate agent. Highly recommended. Stephen was a former neighbour of twenty years, and I was already aware of his skills of dealing with difficult people, his personality and his compassion.

Josh was the vendor's agent. He was great to deal with, transparent and honest to the benefit of all parties involved. This was our first home purchase and Josh was a stand-out agent amogst the many agents we encountered who were unprofessional and who employed unfair and unreasonable sales tactics. Josh was open and down to earth in working with us and the vendor to complete this sale to everyone's satisfication. Highly reccomend.

Josh puts you at ease straight away. He clearly knows how to prepare a property for sale in terms of what effort and expense will bring results, and then just sit back and let him handle the process. The next time you get involved is debating the merits of each offer, and coming to an agreed sale price. Sold in one week too. Couldn't be happier with the process and the result. Josh is a stand out agent that is personable, genuine, realistic and above all competent at what he does. He isn't your sterotypical agent - it makes sense he's a second generation agent. He knew the numbers relevant to my property and gave honest feedback. Give him a call and offload so much of the drama that goes with selling a property. You won't find a vendor happier with their agent.

My wife and I were looking for a property and friends and relatives stumbled across a one which was represented by Jacqui. As we don't live in Sydney, we asked Jacqui to organise a viewing so that we could fly in on the day. It took only a couple of hours and we were viewing the property the next day. Jacqui showed that to have an answer all we had to do was to ask. She would try her very best to obtain the information we need within a short time. She proved to be easy to speak to and did not have any of the airs that some agents seem to have. Since our first meeting she has followed up promptly with our queries. I'm glad too say we purchased the property.

I have been extremely happy with mark Blakes’s handling of the sale of my property. He did far more than I expected from an agent and dealt with a number of issues relating to my moving out of the unit for which I was extremely grateful. I had no idea that estate agents arranged help with moving, perhaps this is just an extra service that Mark offers over other agencies. Mark was able to easily achieve the price I expected saving me the cost and hassleof going to auction. I have no hesitation in recommending as a top agent.
