Mark helped us from the very moment we approached him about the sale of our home. Using his contacts and advise, we prepared the house to a high standard in a remarkably quick period of time. When it came to the actual campaign, Mark managed every aspect including the actual timing of when the house went to market. He ran a highly successful campaign that saw over 100 buyer groups through the property in the first 2 weeks. Mark then negotiated a sale at a price that we were very pleased with, and then guided us through all the formalities that ended with the sale. It's worth noting that the buyer came from Mark's existing database. I cannot recommend Mark highly enough.

Just as the Sydney House price crash of 2019 started, Stephen took on the Sale of my Mother's house after she moved into a retirement home.
