An agent I would recommend
A very responsive, knowledgeable agent that can get deals done. I usually don't like property agents and don't trust them, but Ben and his team have been very helpful and honest during the purchase process. The really big plus was they were very good at fulfilling all my requests from the auction till settlement, and establishing a communication channel between the previous owner and I. Would very much recommend Ben for both the buyer and vendor. I would definitely choose him next time whether I'm selling or buying another property.

What a surprise
We have been hurting for a new home every weekend for the last 5 months. Unlike many agents we met, Ben is truly a great listener. He listened to what we need and proceed the negotiation quickly as soon as we showed our interest and offered a good price to this house. Ben is very professional along the purchase, holding seller's best interest and quick action to secure good offers for the seller; Ben also guided us through the purchase process and explained clearly what we need to do along the purchase.
