Cannot rate highly enough
We had dealt with a number of different people during our house hunting, but Ben really stood out as an agent! He was patient, thorough and made us feel very comfortable during every stage of the purchase of our first home. We highly recommend Ben and cannot thank him enough for making it such an enjoyable experience for us!

Very good experience
Ben is well plugged in to the Canberra market, he was able to help us with this house without going to auction which was fantastic. He had a common sense approach to the negotiation which was appreciated and he kept us informed the whole time.

Serious, credible agent
Ben has been a serious and credible estate agent throughout the process. Communication has been good and friendly and he has been very good at answering our questions. After having dealt with a number of estate agents during our house hunt, we were lucky to have him as the agent for the house we finally bought.

I don't usually give anyone ten out of ten for work quality and I took my time over this review. But to give Ben 4 out of 5 under any heading would be to imply that he earned 80% and he earned much more than that. I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic Agent
We found Ben to be very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He has kept in touch with us throughout the whole process of buying our house and has been extremely organised so that there were no holds up as for the exchange of the property. He is clearly the most knowledgeable agent regarding the area we bought in (Dunlop) knowing a great depth of information on the area both currently and historically. We have appreciated Ben's high levels of communications, his attention to detail and his support in all the stages of buying our home. We are also thankful to Ben, for remembering our wants and needs and being able to match us with our perfect home.

Excellent Agent
This is not the first time we have used Ben’s services and we were not disappointed. With Ben’s intimate knowledge of the Dunlop market and the customer base he has we were able to sell our home in less than 2 days at a price we were more than happy with.
