From the time we met with Tim & Justine we felt completely confident. They helped us with a strategy for preparing our home for sale which went well beyond what any other agent had formulated. Their communication was clear and considered and the expectations they set for us were realistic (in fact they got it right to the cent, albeit the cent was rounded to 100k). They have different but very complementary strengths, but most significantly they are genuine we just never felt like they were trying to pitch for a sale; just felt like they were trying to help us get a deal done. Our house was 'out of area' for them but if we were to sell again we wouldn't consider listing with anyone else. Have recommended them to lots of friends and - significantly - my Mum. No better indicator than recommending someone to your Mum.

Karen was amazing! - I bought a house off her recently, she was always on the ball, every time I asked her to check something for me - she did, and got back to me promptly, she was at all times friendly, efficient and professional. Tom was real estate agent st auction. Kept in contact during the listing period without being pushy. Sellers needed to be advised of what clean and tidy state means as house was very dirty.

Hi Tom, I find it a little strange as a buyer to review the sellers' agent. I think if you were MY agent I'd be very happy with your work. You were personable, approachable and had a good understanding of the local housing market, and that the Parramatta Eels suck. Obviously as the buyer we had opposing agendas but I didn't have a problem dealing with you. My only advice would be that I didn't appreciate being asked "do it for me" when you wanted me to open the bidding. We both knew that wasn't in my best interests. But you're a seller, you've gotta get got. Hope the Real Estate game treats you well. We love 1 Tully. Cheers, Nick.
