So Disappointed

Purchasing this property was quite the ordeal. Martin made promises some of which he kept, some he didn't. Towards the end of the purchase Martin was unable to give the time and attention needed to give answers to the questions posed and access to the property at convenient times. Never got a full set of keys and and bedroom curtains were missing on handover. There just seemed to be one crisis after another and he really didn't know the property very well at all. Felt quite betrayed really.

Martin blitz it

Made selling easy and made the process an easy one. Helped connect me with all the right people I needed to sell and buy. Was amazing service went out of his way for anything we asked. Always was contactable and got back to us with any info and questions we had.

Great guy excellent at his job

Fantastic service from a true and caring professional

From the moment I contacted Martin to the day of sale he did all he could to make the selling of my family home as smooth and as stress free as possible. He listened and advised me as required and if there were any issues such as the need to get something fixed before sale he assisted in any way he could. He was positive in his outlook which really helps reduce the anxiety and when often agents can tell you nothing but negatives! I also found he communicated well with me and kept me up to date as to what was happening all along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin to anyone looking to sell a house.
