She educated us on the areas of the house that may have issues with full knowledge. She knows her stuff!! Gill was an extremely accomodating agent who went above and beyond throughout the whole buying process. She maintained consistent communication throughout the negotiating and settlement phase beyond what we have experienced before. This was my first time buying a property the process was a bit intimidating but with Gill’s assistance it was a lot less stressful. She always made sure to keep me in the loop of what was going on in each part of the process and was consistent in offering her assistance whenever I needed. She was a massive help and is a lovely person and I will 100% be contacting her down the line when I’m ready to buy my next property and I would highly recommend Gill to anyone else who is looking do the same thing :)
