Richard has sold quite a few apartments in the building I lived in, is very prominent in the local area, and was therefore my top choice and go-to real estate agent when I decided to sell my apartment. Communication was great, he kept me informed at every step of the process, and achieved a sale price higher than I had hoped - and the highest price for my size / type of apartment in the building for at least the last 5+ years (my apartment had been lovingly looked after and refreshed 3 years before I sold it). After only 2 open home inspections, we had multiple offers and buyers interested, which resulted in the sale of my apartment in 11 days - so quick. Although our property sold quickly there was a lot of groundwork undertaken by our agent Jim Hall to get the result. Jim and his support team set about getting the property ready for market. This included a fair and reasonable valuation, a marketing plan, minor maintenance done and organizing the "staging" of the house. On the day of the first home open, a Saturday, Jim ensured he had the resources to be able to meet and greet all that attended. He then followed up with all attendees and secured two written offers by Sunday night. Although one of these offers was very good, Jim took through 3 more potential buyers on the Monday to test if the offer he had was the best. It was - a cash offer, 21-day settlement and price we were happy with. This was the second property we have sold with Jim and will use Jim again.

My husband and i met Jack at a viewing in one of the apartments in Mounts Bay Road. This was a 2x1 and we were looking for 2x2. We asked jack if there is one a 2x2 coming his way in the next few days and he said yes and will contact us. He did so-and arranged a private viewing. And did follow ups all the time. We have now bought this apartment and thanks to Jack for his professionalism and honest approach. Jack takes pride in his appearance, easy to talk to (very articulate) and he always replied to my email, text messages.

Richard has an excellent track record in real estate marketing and sales. Having missed out buying one of the apartments in his sales portfolio sometime in 2008/09 as he was simply such a slick performer (proof of his super salesmanship), I eventually contracted him to market my Mayfair unit in West Perth and boy he was super quick! He sold it in no time - before I could even seriously contemplate changing my mind about selling!
