We asked Richard, as a leading salesperson in the Crawley area, to come in and view the property several months before we listed. He was able to provide us with useful tips about what we needed to do to the property to make it saleable, and gave us a thorough sales history of the area so we knew what to expect price-wise. Throughout the sales process he kept us up-to-date with what had happened and guided us through the offer and acceptance. Being so time poor it was a relief to know the property was in good hands and we'd be updated as and when we needed to be. Richard gave us realistic expectations around price, and talked through the pros and cons of counter-offering vs accepting offers. We were very happy with Richard and his assistant, Max.
