This is our second experience with Richard, first as a buyer and more recently as a seller. On both occasions we have been very impressed with Richard's professionalism, particularly his market knowledge, communication and commitment to getting the deal done in the best interests of all parties. As busy professionals, we trusted Richard's insights and recommendations in renovating and styling our latest property, and the results speak for themselves - plenty of buyer interest and a quick sale. We would have no hesitation engaging Richard's services again and we highly recommend him to others.

After meeting Richard at a home open, we decided to sell our home through him. He was professional, engaged and supportive throughout. We received an offer before our first open at a price we were happy with and took it that night. It was easy and exactly what we were after. Richard's service took to stress out of our decision and he was professional, attentive and engaging. Richard's knowledge of the suburb is peerless and he will help you sell your property with ease, satisfaction and grace.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Richard. He was attentive, charming and competent. Richard put us at ease, helped us with presentation, and was always accessible by phone and email. We are grateful that we got to draw on his knowledge of the area, to find a fair price, and to realise our dream of finding the perfect place for us. We cannot recommend Richard highly enough.

Richard gave excellent advice and guidance in preparing my property for sale. He was always available, easy to work with and is very honest! Richard successfully sold my property well above my reserve price within 24hours of the first (and only!) home open. Would highly recommend Richard Self as your sales agent.

Richard had a great understanding of the suburb and similar properties. He acted quickly once I was ready to go and locked down 2 offers and then a counter offer within 4 days of the property being advertised. Great experience overall and I would use Richard again.

Very few agents can convince you they will make a sale in a tough market and then deliver within days, that was Richard. He knows the market, knows his audience, went out of his way for us and got us the result we wanted. A testament to why he is No 1 in West Perth.
