Richard made the entire process of negotiation, purchase and hand over of the property I purchase seamless, easy and stress free. Although Richard was acting on behalf of the seller he ensured that my interests were always addressed. Richard is not a 'hard sell' agent, he is personable, respectful and low key. At no stage did I feel pressured. He advised accordingly when asked and acted in the best interest of both the seller and the buyer. A perfect mix for a Sales Agent. I would recommend Richard without reserve and will definitely use Richard in the future. On hand over of the keys Richard displayed appreciation by adding a personal touch and thank you. I will not divulge what the surprise as it may spoil it for other's who may utilise Richard and Mack Halls services. Thanks Richard.
