We are delighted with the service Jim provided when selling our investment property in Nedlands. We are based outside of WA, and as such we relied entirely on Jim to prepare and stage our property as well as managing the sale. Jim provided excellent advice on what improvements were needed ahead of selling, and also helped us immensely with finding suppliers and facilitating access. Following the preparation stage, Jim updated us regularly on the outcomes of home opens and potential buyers. Through no fault of Jim’s the first contract of sale fell over, and he gave us invaluable support and guidance as that process played out. When the property did go back on the market he had several offers waiting for us, ready to go. This is absolutely a testament to his dedication, and to how effectively he communicated with potential buyers during an uncertain time. His guidance on the market was also on the money, and we got a great price for our property. Highly recommend, Jim and Mack Hall will go above and beyond for your sale.

I was going to sell my property privately but instead engaged Richie to assist. His professional and enthusiastic manner was very much appreciated as he made the selling process seamless. It was a pleasure to have Richie, and his wonderful team, on board for the sale of my property and I thank all of them for their efforts. The stress of selling privately was eliminated by the smooth transition of communication, marketing and the invaluable knowledge Richie has. Thanks again!!

My elderly Father had to go into permanent residential care. As his POA the responsibility for selling his unit fell to me. I chose Richard and his agency based on their sales record in the area. Richard met me at the unit and took me through the process of selling while inspecting the unit. He gave me an estimate for what he thought we could get for the sale of the unit and explained the sales contract to me. Richard was not pushy he was polite and respectful and listened to my reason for selling the unit while answering all of my questions. I contracted Richard and the agency to sell the unit and after the first weekend of showing we had an offer that exceeded the asking price. Richard and the team at Mack Hall Real Estate also helped with organizing the certificate of currency from the Strata managers and electrical safety and smoke alarm certificate. Richard got a good price for my Fathers unit and made the experience as stressless and easy as could be possible.
