My husband and I purchased our first investment property through Richard about a month ago. We had a really wonderful experience. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Richard was very professional and we felt he knew the market very well, especially in the areas we were searching. We would happily purchase another property from Richard again.

Not only did I purchase from Richard but also sold through Richard. He is amazingly efficient and seeks results fast. I sold my apartment quickly and got the amount required. All communication was effective and his staff were also very professional. I was kept informed along the whole process and highly recommend Richard for both your next purchase and your next sale.

Working with Richard to sell our property was an exceptional experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to getting us the best outcome. Richard's hard work and strategic approach resulted in a final sale price that was even higher than we expected, which we were thrilled about. He was also a fantastic communicator, keeping us informed and making the process smooth. We highly recommend Richard to anyone looking for a skilled and effective real estate agent.

Richard has sold quite a few apartments in the building I lived in, is very prominent in the local area, and was therefore my top choice and go-to real estate agent when I decided to sell my apartment. Communication was great, he kept me informed at every step of the process, and achieved a sale price higher than I had hoped - and the highest price for my size / type of apartment in the building for at least the last 5+ years (my apartment had been lovingly looked after and refreshed 3 years before I sold it). After only 2 open home inspections, we had multiple offers and buyers interested, which resulted in the sale of my apartment in 11 days - so quick. I’m thankful that I chose Richard as the real estate agent that I entrusted to sell my apartment. I highly recommend Richard if you’re looking at selling your home.

Richard has again delivered an excellent result selling my property within 10 days from listing and above the anticipated to any sellers.

We have had the pleasure to deal with Tim Chant on various occasions and every time we were not dissapointed. Tim is professional, punctual and knows the market very well and on all occassions ge worked very hard to achieve the best possible outcome for us and we have had no hesitations in referring him to friends and family.

Although our property sold quickly there was a lot of groundwork undertaken by our agent Jim Hall to get the result. Jim and his support team set about getting the property ready for market. This included a fair and reasonable valuation, a marketing plan, minor maintenance done and organizing the "staging" of the house. On the day of the first home open, a Saturday, Jim ensured he had the resources to be able to meet and greet all that attended. He then followed up with all attendees and secured two written offers by Sunday night. Although one of these offers was very good, Jim took through 3 more potential buyers on the Monday to test if the offer he had was the best. It was - a cash offer, 21-day settlement and price we were happy with. This was the second property we have sold with Jim and will use Jim again.
