Our experience with Mackay City Property has been exceptional. From first leasing as tenants, we've had nothing but attention and support with any requests. We lease a lovely cottage, and we are more than happy with our tenancy, anything that has required fixing has been dealt with quickly and efficiently, with the best 'tradies' and commercial companies. Our property manager Kim Bartz has been exceptional, compared to our last rental experience with Elders. I think the company vibe of MCP is worth celebrating ... finally as a renter you know you are being well looked after. I feel there is no issue that can't be dealt with fairly re this company. I would easily recommend MCP to anyone renting or buying as I trust them to be up front and real.
