Any staff I dealt with at Mackay City Property were a pleasure to deal with. Notably Chayne, Toni and Vanessa were friendly, professional and prompt with any queries in the rental application process. One of the only agents I have ever dealt with that have attended to any repairs and maintenance quicker than expected; and gave us accurate, efficient & timely guidance to ensure we were kept in the loop with all updates. We highly recommend Mackay City Property and they would most definitely be an agent we would highly consider working with in the future should we be in the market to sell or buy.
