Sandra handled the sale of our property to achieve what was best for us. She was totally committed to obtaining the result that WE wanted. If an offer wasn’t up to our expectations she simply told the potential buyer that the seller would not accept the offer. Sandra discussed all offers with us, but there was never any pressure to accept an offer below our expectations. Repeatedly she would tell us that she worked for us not the buyer. Her market knowledge was strong and her assessment of offers was equally so. She communicated well and got the job done for us. In summary- no pressure, good advice and a job well done.

We made contact with Ethan wanting to investigate the possibility of selling our rental property. We had limited knowledge of the market so we were relying heavily on Ethan's market knowledge and sales ability. After some consultation we agreed on a listing price, under Ethan's guidance and market experience. Our house was advertised looking fantastic as a result we had 4 interested buyers all willing to make offers. This is where Ethans exceptional negotiated skills came to the fore.
