Toni helped with an earlier enquiry I had about property prices earlier this year and I didn't proceed at that time as indicated I was looking for a particular price point. Toni came back to me recently and advised me she felt she could get me that price or slightly higher. I said if she could, I would strongly consider. I was concerned given I had tenants that this would be an issue but Toni assured me that she could sell tenanted. Within a day or two Toni came back with a price and I asked if she could get a little more, which she did. I found out afterwards based on a sale just down the road, I got a good price. Toni also helped with ensuring that the little fixes needed to be done as a condition of sale were sorted quickly and past on to the buyer.

I recently worked with Angela Pietzner to sell my property, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From the outset, there were numerous issues that led to a disappointing and frustrating process. I didn't personally chose Angela, I was leasing with Mackay City Property and she was assigned to sell my property. I let her know that I wanted to sell the property and for her to notify the tenants that the property was going to go on the market soon. A day or so later she told us, she has found a buyer off the market and that they have decided to put an offer through, great, right? Well I sign the documents for her to be my agent and I receive the contract of sale and it was my tenants. They were the buyers. The deception! She charged us 2.9% (totaling to nearly $11,000 in selling fees because she notified the tenants that we were selling and they chose to put an offer through. Overall, my experience with Angela Pietzner was extremely disappointing. Selling a home is a significant event, and I expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and dedication from my real estate agent. I would not recommend Angela Pietzner to anyone looking to sell their property.
