I have known Sandra for a number of years and always found her to be professional. Unfortunately in this instance that wasnt the case. She over estimated the property value by 20%, provided potential buyer with contract terms and restrictions that weren't applicable (even my solicitor commented that she should have known better), gave me an offer from buyer which I accepted only to be told that she’d got the offer wrong. Her communication was poor and it didn't seem to me that she was prepared to take responsibility for her mistakes. It seems like she has too much on her plate with managing the agency, we’ve also had issues regarding another rental property that she was managing and as a result have decided to no longer use Sandra to manage or sell her properties.

I understand the market is busy but during the purchasing phase I found Sandra hard to get a hold of, and a little unresponsive or short responses only.
