We made contact with Ethan wanting to investigate the possibility of selling our rental property. We had limited knowledge of the market so we were relying heavily on Ethan's market knowledge and sales ability. After some consultation we agreed on a listing price, under Ethan's guidance and market experience. Our house was advertised looking fantastic as a result we had 4 interested buyers all willing to make offers. This is where Ethans exceptional negotiated skills came to the fore.
