We engaged Smiley Sandy as our agent. We discussed possible options for sale and decided on auction. The property received a lot of interest and Sandy was able to secure a price way above what we were anticipating so we took the offer prior to settlement within 2 weeks of it going to market. Sandy was positive, confident and more than capable of handling the sale and is backed by a great team. No issues recommending Sandy if you want an agent who genuinely cares about your property and your goals of objectives.
