Selling my house from day 1. First time selling, Karen was incredibly easy to talk to and so friendly and down to earth. She gave an estimate of an expected price and in the end far exceeded that goal. Also when needed she is very stern and her proffesional approach is second to none. There was a time selling our house that we needed her to be firm and truly showed us what she was capable of and in the most professional way.
