Sandy and her team went above and beyond expectations when I was purchasing my home in Brighton. Sandy greeted me with a happy bubbly smile and always had time to professionally answer any questions in relation to the property. Thank you, Sandy. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Brighton area.

Scott and Bec were great to work with in buying our house. They communicated extremely well and went over and above to help us out. The only thing we wish was that we had been alerted as to when the sold sticker was being put on the sign outside the house. We would have loved the opportunity to put the sticker on ourselves and take some photos next to it. The sticker was put up and sign removed pretty much the day of settlement from memory, and we missed out. Its just a small thing, but we just felt we missed on a bit of a key moment for us. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

Very happy with the outcome. Scott and his team executed the sale of our house perfectly! Thanks to Zac for reaching out to us in the first place (when we had all but given up on the idea of selling), Scott for understanding our needs and the true value of our home and finally a big thanks to Bec for all her help. She was the person behind the scenes that looked after all the nitty gritty detail and her support went beyond the sale.

Believe every incredible word and testimonial you read about Karen. It can be hard to put your faith in people especially when there is a lot at stake, but Karen is genuine, kind and incredibly knowledgeable and helped us immensely with our sale.

Karen and Andrew were amazing in helping us with the sale of our property. They were with us from when we first got our house back from tenants isin a horrible state, to giving us recommendations on repairers and style ing for sale. They made time to check in and support us on our journey from repairing cleaning flooring upgrades and more to bring our house up to point of sale ready. Any questions or doubts we had were addressed with such honesty and integrity all the way through. Simply put the best sales agents we could have hoped for. Karen and Andrew made the whole emotional process easy for us though it was a hard decision to sell for us it was the right one and the right time. One very impressive point for me was that Karen only met my daughter once at the property but six weeks later she passed her in the shopping center car park. Stopped and said hello addressing my daughter by nameđŸ™‚. That's integrity and respect all the way through. Can't recommend Karen and Andrew highly enough. We obtained through hard work and their guidance 30K above our reserve.

Karen was a pleasure to deal with in the purchase of my first home. She communicated clearly and openly with me throughout the process, and followed through with phone calls as she said she would. I appreciate that she liaised with my mortgage broker about my offer and finance. In the end, it was a very straight-forward and positive process to finally secure my own home. Thank you Karen!

Scott's team was extremely helpful! As a first home buyer, I asked lots of questions and Scott was always there to provide professional answers, and his team has been very up to date with my purchasing process, thank you very much! Buying a house with Scott's team, I did not only feel like I am just a buyer, but I can also feel the welcoming from the team, the professionalism that the team provided through the process gave me a huge piece of mind on what was going on and what I was up to. I am not sitting in my new home and absolutely loving it. I would like to say a big thank you to Scott's team and definitely would recommend them!
