Oshi was friendly when we first met her at the house, knowledgable about the property and the location/area, and was happy to let us wander and look around. Putting in the offer was done efficiently and she explained what we needed to know. Follow-ups on items was prompt and timely, and addressed items well as they arose. Put us in touch with a settlement agent and also property manager and property/termite inspection services which were excellent.

When we listed our property for sale, Oshi was able to offer excellent market insights for reasonable pricing and expected time on the market. This helped greatly with the sale. Oshi was very responsive to our wishes, regularly communicated with us, and was able to work with our tenant around the sale. She was also able to work around Covid interruptions.

My wife and I had been looking for a place for 5 months before we met Spiro at our new home.
