Mallison Real Estate Review
First time I have rented in over 30 years and the experience has been fantastic. Lady who attended my first inspection was so friendly and professional at the same time. Reported back problem with front door lock. This was actioned and fixed so quickly. When I have previously sent my property manager Anne Mitchell emails I receive a respond very quickly. 100% satisfied with all dealings I have had with Mallison Real Estate.

Great experience!
It was a great experience working with Chelsea (property manager) from the day of first inspection to the last day of our lease. She has been very professional, caring and I was greatly amazed by the timely response I got for all my queries. I couldn't be more happy!

From the time I listed my rental property 11 years ago, I have had exceptional service from all departments. My property manager was brilliant and was always there with a helping hand if needed. Less than 6 weeks ago I felt trapped in the rental crisis that was affecting Perth. My lease was ending and one of my children and moved to housing at university so I needed to find a smaller more suitable home for my youngest child and myself. It was not easy. I looked at many properties and applied for a few but felt like I was getting nowhere. I was disheartened until I applied for a property through Mallison Real Estate. Everything then fell into place. They were wonderful. I was kept updated on my application, something I was not experiencing elsewhere. Every person I dealt with at Mallison Real Estate was professional, efficient and friendly and it was so reassuring at a time of great stress in my family.
