I found Eric to be a person of integrity, with strong values and gained my trust quickly. Eric was very transparent, explained things in great detail and with great patience. He appreciates the importance of his role in guiding people through the process of buying off the plan as we have done. Eric was always available to answer our enquires, was prompt with his responses (emails or missed calls) and would make the necessary enquiries should he not have the answer to our questions.

Couldn't ask for a better agent!
Eric was simply fantastic!! I honestly couldn't recommend a better real estate agent. Right from the very beginning, the first moment we met him, I felt good positive vibes and energy from him. He was completely honest, transparent, fair, reasonable and ethical throughout the entire process.
