When deciding which agent to entrust the sale of our property to, we spoke and met with a few local real estate agents. Mancini clearly stood out from the rest! Before we had even signed the dotted line with them, they genuinely wanted to assist us with the sale of our property. They provided us with quotes for repairs & improvement to the house prior to selling. They ‘walked the extra mile’ and had already gone out of their way to provide us with quotes even though they were uncertain if we would go through them. Furthermore, Joe Mancini and Leon Mancini are honest people. They provided advice on how to improve the house, for the benefit also of the potential buyer. They never recommended any ‘quick-fix cover up’ or ‘sweep under the rug’ advice if they knew that the buyer would be disadvantaged by it. Their honesty and dedication in their services to assist both the buyer and seller, truly reveals not only their professionalism, but also their integrity to do good by both parties. Joe Mancini worked in such a way that he did everything for us – he even bought batteries for the air conditioner remote control, he came to our house & joined us for a cup of tea to personally give us an update on the offers and when our property was sold, he drove to our house to collect the keys. Joe never ceased to amaze us, because after the sale, he even dropped by to give us a lovely gift bag with a bottle of Mancini wine to congratulate us and celebrate the successful sale of our property.
